The 28-Day Clean Eating Challenge Australia
Hi, I am Colin and I am a pharmacist that has had an interest in helping people lose weight for several years now. I have discovered that although there are some great programs available that can help people lose weight quickly they often fail because they don’t do anything to change the underlying habits.
One of the best clinically proven methods for weight loss is to use meal replacement shakes to replace two meals a day, usually breakfast and lunch. This doesn’t address what to have for the evening meal or snacks during the day. That’s where the clean eating program comes in.
I first did a Clean Eating 28 day challenge in May 2015 and combined the Arbonne shakes and other products into the program. During the 28 days, I lost 5.6kg and I have kept my new weight.
Since then I have created the 28-day Clean Eating Australia online weight loss challenge to help others achieve their weight loss goals. The program combines the power of meal replacement to achieve rapid weight loss with the sustainability of the clean eating menu plan. The Private Facebook group runs from the first Monday of each month for 28 days and provides daily updates, support and mentoring.
